Peter Beier is a recognised and honoured chocolatier, educated in England, France, Belgium and Spain.

Peter Beier, who is 51 years old, has been passionate about chocolate all his life. At the age of 18, he traveled to France, Belgium and England to learn the art of making chocolate at some of the best schools and from the best chocolatiers. At the age of 22, he was headhunted to become head chocolatier at "Magasin du Nord" - the oldest and most renowned department store in Copenhagen. 


In 1996, Peter Beier at the age of 29 decided to create his own production of chocolates of the highest quality and founded the company Peter Beier Chocolate with a clear purpose - to make the best quality chocolate in the world. Since then things have moved very quickly and Peter Beier Chocolade is now the fastest growing high end chocolate brand in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia.
 


At Peter Beier Chokolade, we have created a solid and sustainable Farm-to-Table concept by owning our own cocoa plantation in the Dominican Republic which runs throughout our entire production and out into the shops. The taste experience is always our main focus. Our creation of chocolate is carried by the ambition of always making a piece of perfection.
